Can you please complete the attached file for your Banker team? We are looking to answer the following three criteria. The highlighted fields in the Excel file are also required. 1) Debit Card Required?: "Activation" and "Restricted" cards require a status update. ("Active" debit cards will be kept active) 2) UPDATED Card Cntc Primary Home Ph Nbr: An updated primary phone number is required. 3) UPDATED Card Cntc Primary Business Ph Nbr: An updated primary business phone number is suggested but optional.
