David Rockefeller
Chase Manhattan chairman; 4 black book numbers
Banker, philanthropist, and patriarch of the Rockefeller family, listed in Epstein's black book on page 78 with 4 phone numbers including the Trilateral Commission line, a fax, work, and home number at his 30 Rockefeller Plaza office. David Rockefeller personally recruited Epstein to join the Trilateral Commission, a prestigious international policy organization he founded in 1973. In approximately 2000, Rockefeller also appointed Epstein to the board of directors of Rockefeller University, lending him significant institutional legitimacy.
Epstein resigned after one term - a spokesperson said he had 'insufficient time to commit,' while a board member recalled he was 'arrogant' and 'not a good fit.' These introductions were pivotal in establishing Epstein's credibility among scientific and financial elites. Rockefeller died on March 20, 2017, at age 101, two years before Epstein's arrest on federal charges. No allegations of wrongdoing were made against Rockefeller.
