John Heah

British luxury hospitality architect, founder of Heah & Co, based at Thames Wharf Studios, Rainville Road, London W6 9HA. Email: john_heah@heah.co.uk. Renowned for designing high-end resort properties including the Amanera resort (Aman Resorts, Dominican Republic), Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, and suites at The Berkeley Hotel, London. More recently commissioned for the Clinique La Prairie resort in Amaala, Saudi Arabia (2023). In May 2018, Epstein's staff shipped Heah a USB containing "drone movies of Jeffrey's islands" (Little St.

James and Great St. James) with a cover letter expressing Epstein's interest in working with him. By June 2018, Heah was actively designing a hurricane-rated concrete residence on Great St. James Island. In a June 18, 2018 email, Heah wrote: "I have been spending time Thursday and Friday as well as the weekend studying and sketching Jeffrey's place at Great St James.

I think I have nice design developing but this will require the DWG file." On June 25, 2018, he submitted pencil sketches: "Tell Jeffrey it is a raw image of my pencil sketch that I still need to clean up and colour." Epstein instructed Heah to draw inspiration from the Chateau de l'Horizon, the famous Riviera villa once owned by the Aga Khan and the Agnelli family. Heah confirmed the structure would be "all in concrete and will be to hurricane standards" using "Miami Dade rated hurricane windows" from Vitrocsa. The Aman Resorts connection is significant — Edward Tuttle, another Aman-associated architect, had previously designed Epstein's original main house on Little St. James. Confirmed by the Architects' Journal (2026) as appearing in the Epstein files.
