Former JPMorgan Chase private banker who became Jeffrey Epstein's personal in-house trader and asset manager. Barrett founded Alpha Group Capital, a multi-family office, to manage Epstein's investment portfolio directly under an approximately $500,000/year advisory agreement. He had limited power of attorney over Epstein's Deutsche Bank accounts and traded across all asset classes on Epstein's behalf including RMBS bonds, FX, commodities, credit derivatives, and equities. Previously, Barrett was Epstein's main coverage banker at JPMorgan. After leaving Epstein's employ, Barrett took a senior role at Citigroup, which terminated him in 2023 after discovering the depth of his Epstein involvement.
