I am obviously going to appeal=the determination. Does my notice of appeal to President Crow simply=need to say that I am appealing, or does it also need to explain the groun=s for my appeal? I believe it is the former, but if it is the latter, I would respectfully request a two-week e=tension of the deadline (until August 24th), as I am currently on v=cation out of the country, and there will be a lot of ground to cover. I also see that ABOR 6-201 entitles me to either conciliation or=C2 mediation. Please explain to me, or can you direct me to someon= who can explain to me, the difference between those two things?
