From: Sent: Monde November 1 2021 5:03 PM To: Cc: u jec : : mai sent as wee 10/26 — we sent a disc via certified mail to MDC containing 10/25 production of discovery and 10/25 productions of TW and NTW (restamped material and new material) 3500 material 10/29 — we sent a disc via certified mail containing 10/28 production of discovery and 10/28 production of new GX 10/29 — we sent a hard drive via FedEx containing all of the productions described above plus the 10/13 discovery production per defense counsel's request (which would have been separately certified mailed to her on 10/13 or 14 on a disc, though would need to confirm that) I have the tracking numbers for the 10/29 productions to MDC but will need to confer w re: where to find the tracking number for 10/26 if you need any of that information. For ease of keeping track of this going forward, I am going to make a folder in !Trial > Paralegal called "Productions to MDC" into which I'll add copies of all productions sent to MDC going forward (including the aforementioned ones).
