Subject: RE: mail sent last week

From To Cc Subject: RE: mail sent last week Date: The, 02 Nov 2021 13:22:25 +0000 Attachments: 2021.10.29_MDC_-_Maxwell_MAIN.pdf; 2021.10.29_MDC_- Maxwell_MAINfflard_drive).pdf I just have a few notes/questions about the certified mail/FedEx distinction: 1. The 10/29 drive (and all hard drives we send to MDC) was sent directly to MDC Legal Counsel, not to the defendant as the letter currently states. You do write in the subsequent sentence that the drive was received by the MDC according to FedEx, but it might be worth making clear that hard drives are not directly delivered to GM. 2. The letter seems to suggest that mail sent to inmates via FedEx and mail sent via certified mail are both waiting for MDC to pick up from the same location (e.g., footnote 2). We mail discs and hard drives to different addresses (see attached cover letters—discs go to a PO box), so I just wanted to flag whether this is correct. Otherwise I think it looks good.
