He is still facing a possibility of federal prosecution if he doesn't abide by the terms of our agreement and he is facing a slew of civil suits, and he would just never turn in one of his friends unless it meant a big benefit for him. has some familiarity with my case an was a great ally during the prosecution, so I would recommend trying them. I worked with t times throughout the investigation and she was amazing, but she is in the Civil Rights section now. If you think there is a way to bring a civil rights claim, (if you can find a co-conspirator you can probably do it), then definitely shoot her an e- mail.
