Epstein entered into a state plea agreement and a federal Non- Prosecution Agreement. We have a confidentiality provision in our Non-Prosecution Agreement, so I'm not sure I can send it to you. I can definitely say that Epstein will not talk to anyone. He is still facing a possibility of federal prosecution if he doesn't abide by the terms of our agreement and he is facing a slew of civil suits, and he would just never turn in one of his friends unless it meant a big benefit for him.
