Dear At this time, the Epstein matter is essentially resolved. Pursuant to a confidential Non-Prosecution Agreement with our Office, Mr. Epstein entered a plea to state charges, and is currently incarcerated on those charges. An addendum to the Non-Prosecution Agreement was signed, which provided that an independent Special Master, acting pro bono, would select an attorney to represent those victims who wanted assistance in making claims against Mr. Epstein. The Special Master selected one of the five firms that I had proposed to Mr. Epstein's attorneys. The selected firm is not the one that employs Mr. M. EFTA00216268 There have been no judicial findings regarding the matter.
