(Zuber fake leather peels on the edges of the stairs.) Need to source a chandelier for the entry stair way ald couch to go in the Sth floor living room Need new bedside tables for small guest room on Sth floor.(old ones were sent to LSJ for the chill room) Need to hang something on the walls in the first guest bathroom on 1st floor. The architect drawings which were there went to auction. Need 2 new rugs for the 1st floor guest bathrooms. Ideally, the bathrooms and kitchens should be remodeled in apts. 2G, 4M and 10N.
