date of birth was interviewed at the CLUB AT ADMIRALS COVE at 200 Admirals Cove Blvd, Jupiter, FL 33477. Present in person was attorneys Chris Rodgers and Mike Danchuk. Also present in person was Assistant United States Attorney Present via phone was Detective and Special Agent After being notified of the identities of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: From approximately the ages of six to ten, was molested by her grandfather. grandmother walked in, then talked to did not want to go to her grandmother's home anymore. When was 13 years old, she lashed out at her mother. In more recent years, mother admitted to her that it had also happened to her. When was around 6/7 years old, she was molested by her older cousin. was not sure of the exact age when this occurred. mother. went to the hospital. When was approximately 6 years old, she was molested by her stepfather. stepfather and mother were fighting, then he woke up, forced her to do shots, and molested her. mother walked in on this happening. When was approximately 13 years old, she had gone out with a friend and was raped by two men. described the men as black men. had woken up on the beach and was bleeding from her groin area. When was approximately 12/13 years old, had gone to a party. fell asleep clothed and woke up naked on a bathroom floor and threw up. had been smoking weed and she thought it was laced with something. did not know what had happened. called a friend of hers, who then called her mother. mother took her to the hospital. was put on a 72 hour hold. When was around 14 years old, she told JEFFREY EPSTEIN about being molested. This was during the first few months of going there. was giving EPSTEIN a massage and he had asked about her childhood. told him her childhood was "shitty". When EPSTEIN asked why, she told him about being molested and the above-described incidents. EPSTEIN told her he was sorry about that. SHAWN HAUGHT also knew had been molested as a child. When was approximately 18 years old, she was drinking alcohol when her stepfather tried to proposition her. On wedding day, her stepfather smacked her backside. ARRESTS • When was approximately 18/19 years old, she was arrested for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. plead guilty and stayed overnight in jail. did not do any other jail time for this charge. did not have probation for this charge. • A couple years later was arrested for what she thought was a traffic infraction. had been driving without a license or a suspended license. plead guilty and was on probation for a year. EFTA02858453 • was pulled over and she handed the police a pipe. had been doing cocaine. plead guilty and was in jail for 7 days. • thought she had 3 or 4 drug paraphernalia charges. All the charges were time served or probation was completed. • last arrest was for stolen property. HAUGHT had given her an Xbox and told her to pawn it. thought it was their sons, when in fact it belonged to HAUGHT's roommate. was in jail for 60 days. When she was released from jail, her friend George picked her up. was then on probation which she completed. was pregnant with her daughter at the time. As of the date of this interview, daughter had just turned 6. • expressed that she does not like going to jail and has not been arrested since. had other interactions with law enforcement. When was approximately 12/13 years old she was skipping school. came out of her house smoking a cigarette and was a "smartass" to the officer, so the officer gave her a ticket for smoking. When was approximately 13 years old, brother broke her cat's neck. told him she was going to kill him and threw a knife at him. Her brother then threw a knife back at her. Neither were harmed. Her brother told their mother and their mother called the police. Both and her brother were arrested. was on house arrest and completed probation. When was around 12/13 years old, her mother was caught aiding and abetting a fugitive. Approximately 8 years ago, when was pregnant with her son she had grabbed a pregnancy test at Walmart and walked outside where her friend was waiting and was caught for stealing. was given a court date and wrote a money order. Fake ID - no Fake name — no Sold drugs — no Give drugs — no Share drugs result in OD — no Gun — no Held gun — no Punch someone — yes • Approximately 5/6 years ago, loaned a woman money and about six months later when she had not paid her back, punched her. had made the woman drive them to a gas station, where then punched her. The woman then went to an ATM and gave the money she had owed her. Throw — yes EFTA02858454 • Threw items at NAUGHT a lot. Some of these items included a cup, remote, and her cell phone. felt she was defending herself. HAUGHT cheated on her a lot and always accused her of cheating on him. It would make mad because she was home with the baby all of the time. talked about a time where she was around 13 years old and NAUGHT held a gun to her head. HAUGHT told her that she would go with him if she loved him so they walked to an area with trees. HAUGHT slapped and punched and told her to start digging. There was a shovel there. When refused to dig, he pulled a gun out. HAUGHT told he loved her. They then went back to the house. o When was around 13 years old, NAUGHT tried to drown her. They were going fishing and had fishing poles when saw another guy and commented that he was cute. HAUGHT pushed her head into the canal. brother came over and told him to stop. • Threw items at her mother. mother would get drunk and she was belligerent. would tell her mother to leave her alone. • Sometimes, husband has annoyed her. talked about a time where she was watching tv and turned it off, so she chucked a remote at him. did not get hurt. has never put his hands on Burglary — no Robbery — no Fraud — no Stole from mail — no Apply state/federal benefit and lie — no Cheat taxes — no Sex for money — yes • After the experiences had with EPSTEIN, she became an escort. was an escort for a few months and worked with two or three different escort services in West Palm Beach. saw "like 10" different dates. expressed that she became an escort because she had a drug problem and needed money. • was a dancer for approximately two to three months. felt like a piece of meat and did not like it. • The last time had sex for money was before she married her husband • When went on dates, she did not always have sex with the client as sometimes they went out to dinner or car shows. Two to three times would be when she would have sex for money. Some dates did not involve sex acts; some dates did involve sex acts. • When asked how come she did not tell the truth during her deposition regarding having sex with money, advised that she was embarrassed and made her feel dirty thinking about it. It was not something was proud to talk about. EFTA02858455 The first drug used was marijuana. uses marijuana every day. The last time she used marijuana was the night prior to this interview. uses marijuana for medical use. has been in approximately four car accidents in her late teens into early twenties and had neck and back problems. In Florida, marijuana can be purchased at the store and can be bought pre- rolled. has post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. is prescribed Xanax and Doxepin. Doxepin is also used to treat schizophrenia. takes Xanax twice a day every day and Doxepin before bedtime. The medications help her with coping and help her from panicking when her children are outside fearing they may be kidnapped. For approximately 8 years, has been on methadone. It is prescribed by a doctor and receives methadone from a clinic once a day. addiction to cocaine and from an addiction to oxycodone. When had been prescribed oxycodone. receives methadone from her was in a car accident she The medications help from being anxious and allows her to let her children play outside. The medication do not affect her memory. HAUGHT first introduced cocaine to in which they would snort it. used cocaine a lot. A couple months ago, relapsed and used cocaine. relapsed prior to speaking with law enforcement because she was nervous about what she would be asked and what was going to happen to her. used cocaine when she massaged EPSTEIN. used cocaine every time she went because she was uncomfortable, and it made the time go faster. The money she received from EPSTEIN was used to buy marijuana and cocaine. did not tell EPSTEIN she used cocaine. EPSTEIN did comment on weight, telling her she looked skinnier. told EPSTEIN she used marijuana and he said it was a hippy thing. When was pregnant with her son and her daughter she did not use cocaine. relapsed while pregnant with her son used a little after she had then corrected herself saying she did not really use after having him. started going to meetings because she had an addiction. This was when she was prescribed methadone. There were periods of time where relapsed. When was deposed, she had taken Xanax, but she was not under the influence of cocaine. Xanax does not mess up. During the time when was settling her civil suit, she was under the influence of cocaine. This was when there was a lot of back and forth between her attorneys and EPSTEIN's attorneys. first drank alcohol when she was approximately 12 years old. The only thing she drank was shots. It's been a long time since has drank alcohol; she does not want to be like her mother. Ecstasy — no LSD — no Mushrooms — no EFTA02858456 PCP — no At some point, had switched to crack cocaine. When had relapsed a few months ago, she was using cocaine in powder form. met when she went to detox. She went to detox because of smoking crack. first used oxycodone when she had been in a car accident. was approximately 18/19 years old and pregnant with was prescribed oxycodone and took them in pill form then started injecting them when someone had told her how to do that. Heroin — no Fentanyl — no Percocet — yes • was taking Percocet during the same time she was taking oxycodone. Both medications had been prescribed by a doctor. bought pills off the street when her prescriptions ran out. This was approximately 9 years ago. does not use either of these medications anymore as she is presently on methadone. has tried to do residential treatment approximately 3 to 4 times, but she could not be away from or her son did not sign away her parental rights to her first two children. gave her mother temporary guardianship of her first child was using drugs at the time and that was why she signed over temporary guardianship. gave temporary guardianship of to grandmother. felt they took from her. father is the one who taught how to shoot up. had to sign over guardianship because she had been breastfeeding at the time while she was using cocaine and she could not pass a drug screen. When was pregnant with .=, she relapsed. and had an argument and a neighbor called the police because they were so loud. When had she had to pee in a cup. gave a urine sample and was clean and was allowed to go home with him. children and went to sister for three months before they returned home. talked about a time where her son was with his father and all messed up". climbed out of a window in his diaper where a neighbor found him and contacted the police. "got described that every time she went to massage EPSTEIN, he would turn over and "jacked off". The first time she went to massage EPSTEIN she went with over and got on top of him. It was obvious they were having sex and a "polka dot ugly ass couch". tried not to look. EPSTEIN did not touch EPSTEIN rolled was sitting on this time. About ten minutes before the massage was over, EPSTEIN rolled over and had touch his nipples while he fondled her behind. EPSTEIN always ejaculated. EPSTEIN would touch breasts. EPSTEIN tried to touch vagina 2 to 3 times with his hand. EPSTEIN did touch her vagina and told him she was not comfortable and he said "ok". There was one time where EPSTEIN used the a girl when was in the room. There was a different time where a girl performed oral sex on with EPSTEIN in the room. When first started massaging EPSTEIN she kept her underwear. As time progressed, she massaged EPSTEIN nude. would go up to the room, set up the massage table, get oil or lotion, and then be undressed by the time EPSTEIN came in the room. Every massage ended in ejaculation. When it was over, would get dressed quickly and leave. As she was leaving, would overhear GHISLAINE MAXWELL or in the house. MAXWELL asked if her breasts were real. When told her yes, MAXWELL then told her she had a nice body. MAXWELL was feeling her breasts. felt comfortable because she was a woman. o There were no other times where MAXWELL touched did not touch Besides EPSTEIN, there were two other men massaged. • One of the massages was not a sexual massage. EPSTEIN told he had a friend in town and asked her to massage his friend instead of him. massaged the man in her underwear. There was no sexual touching during this massage. • talked about a different time she gave a massage to a different man, who described as chunky and bald. MAXWELL told that EPSTEIN had a friend over and that she could go upstairs and the man would be up in a minute. The man laid on his stomach and massaged his back. He flipped over and there was no communication. He started the masturbating, then touched her buttocks and breasts and tried to put his fingers inside her. did not like it. got on top of him but did not have sex with him. o When asked about the prior statement she provided where she stated she had sex with him, advised that she did have sex with him. advised that she was getting confused because there was also another sexual encounter that happened EFTA02858458 around the same time, but that encounter happened with EPSTEIN and another woman who was a model. During this sexual encounter where another female was present, EPSTEIN tried to penetrate thought EPSTEIN tried to penetrate her twice but she told him not to because she did not like it. o The sexual encounter with EPSTEIN and the girl was around the same time period when massaged EPSTEIN's friend. was paid extra money. recalled telling HAUGHT that she was getting extra money that day. o After he rolled over the man started masturbating. He then asked to get on top of him, which she did. The man had sex with her. It did not last very long. was very uncomfortable. The man told her he would give her extra money to have sex with him. EPSTEIN had never offered her extra money. The man gave her $600/$700. never saw this man again. did not talk to this man about her age. o I rang the doorbell and went into the kitchen and saw MAXWELL. was told EPSTEIN had to go somewhere and had a friend of his staying there. was told to massage him. told her what to wear. schedule her for this massage. wore lingerie that she had been given by them; no one thought it had been MAXWELL that called to There was a separate sexual encounter where EPSTEIN, a different woman, and were all present. EPSTEIN had sex with the woman, who was a model, while the woman performed oral sex on felt degraded when she went to EPSTEIN's home — she felt taken advantage of and uncomfortable. also felt happy because she had a bunch of money. expressed that she did not want anything like what happened to her to happen to her own daughters. told her 17-year-old son that she was sorry he had a "shitty life", and she did not know how to explain to him what happened to her. went to see EPSTEIN not MAXWELL. No one had asked her questions about MAXWELL prior to the recent interviews she has given to law enforcement. just assumed that MAXWELL was not relevant at the time. took nude photographs of MAXWELL did not take photographs of has filed a claim with the Epstein Victim's Compensation Fund. When asked if she has filed or intends to file a civil suit against MAXWELL, said she should but no she has not. has no other lawsuit plans. HAUGHT was arrested recently. advised NAUGHT was planning on kidnapping her and her son. knew this because NAUGHT told her he was going to do it. did not really believe it until she found out NAUGHT was arrested two streets over from her house. and son, refers to as a sperm donor. does not talk often to have his number and mother. as their son hates him and refers to as his father. • will not give it to him.
