Subject to the New Limited Partner's consent below, Alkeon Growth PW Partners, LP, its affiliates and each of its service providers and other representatives acting on behalf of the Partnership (collectively, 'we' or the "Partnershipp, may provide to Limited Partners (and/or their authorized representatives or designated agents) (hereafter, "Investors") via electronic means, including email, (i) any documentation, reports or other information relating to (A) the Partnership and (B) the New Limited Partner's investment in the Partnership, including confidential information such as capital account information, subscription and withdrawal activity, Investor statements, reports and other communications (e.g., annual and other updates of the Partnership's privacy policy) and (ii) all communications relating to the Investment Manager, including the ADV Part 2, privacy policy and any other communication required under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended or otherwise.. The Partnership is making this electronic delivery service available through the Partnership's administrator and investor servicing agent, The Bank of New York Mellon ("BNY Mellon"). BNY Mellon is contractually obligated to keep the information that we provide to them confidential. BNY Mellon maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information. Please note that email messages are not secure and may contain computer viruses or other defects, may not be accurately replicated on other systems, or may be intercepted, deleted or interfered with without the knowledge of the sender or the intended recipient. Although we will take reasonable precautions regarding the integrity, confidentiality and security of information sent by email, we will not be liable for interception, system failure or other problems that may result in incomplete or incorrect transmission. We make no warranties in relation to such matters and the Investor accepts the risks associated with the use of email. Please note that we reserve the right to intercept, monitor and retain email messages to and from our systems as permitted by applicable law. If the Investor has any doubts about the authenticity of an email purportedly sent by or on behalf of the Partnership, the Investor should contact the purported sender immediately. If you wish to take advantage of electronic delivery, you must have a valid email account/address, access to an Internet browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader• software. If you wish to retain information sent by email, you will need access to a printer or other device to download and/or print such information. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of future email address changes by contacting the Partnership. If we are repeatedly unable to deliver your electronic document(s) to the specified email address, we reserve the right to terminate the electronic delivery of documents service and deliver the documents to you via U.S. mail.
