The Properties: What Happened Behind Closed Doors

by stonesalltheway1·21d ago·12 pins

A Network of Residences

Jeffrey Epstein maintained a portfolio of luxury properties across the globe, each serving a specific purpose in his operation. Victim testimony and FBI evidence describe a highly organized system of recruitment, abuse, and surveillance spanning multiple jurisdictions.

The Manhattan Townhouse — 9 East 71st Street

One of the largest private residences in New York City. Originally purchased by Les Wexner, transferred to Epstein for $0. FBI agents found a safe containing compact discs labeled with victims' names and the notation "young [name] + [name]." The house contained hidden cameras throughout.

Little St. James Island — U.S. Virgin Islands

Epstein's 70-acre private island, nicknamed "Pedophile Island" by locals. Featured a main compound, guest houses, a mysterious temple-like structure, and an underground level. FBI drone footage (2019) revealed the scale of construction. Staff described a strict protocol for visiting guests.

Zorro Ranch — Stanley, New Mexico

A 7,500-acre ranch where Epstein reportedly discussed his plan to "seed the human race" with his DNA. The ranch included a private airstrip and was the location of some of the abuse described by Maria Farmer.

The Paris Apartment

Located in the 16th arrondissement, the apartment was used for European operations and connected to Jean-Luc Brunel's modeling recruitment network.

Palm Beach Mansion — 358 El Brillo Way

Where the investigation began. In 2005, a 14-year-old victim's mother called police, triggering a local investigation that expanded into a federal case.

Note

FBI raid evidence from Little St. James and the Manhattan townhouse was partially released by the House Oversight Committee in 2024-2025.

Note

The temple structure on Little St. James was documented in FAA drone footage and satellite imagery. Its purpose remains unexplained.

"New Mexico Commissioner of Public Lands Stephanie Garcia Richard on Tuesday called on federal and state law enforcement to investigate allegations that two girls were buried in the hills surrounding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch.

The allegations are contained in an anonymous email that conservative talk show host and former Albuquerque mayoral candidate Eddy Aragon received in November 2019, several months after Epstein died in federal custody, and are part of the trove of recently released Epstein documents.

...

The letter does not say when the girls might have died or when or where they were buried, except that the burial site is “somewhere in the hills outside the Zorro.”"

I've seen 301 and 66 mentioned a few times as places Epstein housed young women. When searching 301 you'll find visitor logs from prison, those list residence addresses, 301 East 66th Street New York has a long list of people connected to it.
