City Average of Medical Care Services as published by the United States Department of Labor. The previous twelve months Cost-of?Living Index ending in September 2010 was 3.5% (attached), therefore the increase for the contract year January 1, 2010 through December 31-, 2010 will be The 3.5% increase contractually translates as follows: $662,228.64 (Year #1 Annual Cost) 3.5% $685,406.64 (Year #2 Annual Cost) 55,185.72 (Year #1 Cost) 3.5% $57,117.22 (Year #2 Cost) The above increases are effective January 1, 2011 and will be re?ected on your January invoice.
